- 6 laps around mt sac tennis courts in 5:50, improved from 6:23!
- been taking in a lot of food lately, trying to gain weight
Tips:
- When running, run with your body kind of leaned forward, make sure you are using your legs to their maximum rotation. Keep breathing, and fight the urge to give up!

- tennis jumprope for about 15 minutes, including 300 in a row without messing up, then 100 after for fun.
100 one-footed, alternating. Did not feel very tired, maybe because the sun wasn’t hot, or I got stronger!
