10/14/09 Day

- 6 laps around mt sac tennis courts in 5:50, improved from 6:23!

- been taking in a lot of food lately, trying to gain weight

Tips:

- When running, run with your body kind of leaned forward, make sure you are using your legs to their maximum rotation. Keep breathing, and fight the urge to give up!

9/28/09 Day 85

- jumproped about 10 minutes

Accomplishment:

- did 10 double jumps on jumprope in a row

8/21/09 Day 47

-  Played basketball for about an hour

- ate sushi and drank pepsi for lunch!

-Touch the rim of a real sized basket!

8/19/09 Day 45

- ate a large bag of movie popcorn, drank some soda

- ate a lot of meat

- ate at souplantation for dinner, ate 2 and a half plate of broccoli! so good!

- I can palm a basketball with each hand!

Today was ok, the bad part was the popcorn!

Tip:

- Increase your grip strength by squeezing something squeezable, like a tennis ball.

- Gain more jump by strengthening your toe muscles, just keep curling your toes when you can.
